2. Registration & verification

To access the Platform's full features, your company must complete registration and provide a valid UAE Trade License. By submitting your registration, you confirm that:

• All information provided is accurate, current, and complete
• You are authorised to represent the company and bind it to these Terms
• The trade license submitted is valid, current, and not under suspension
• You will keep registration information up to date during the lifetime of your account

ANYRFQ verifies every company before granting full Platform access. Verification typically completes within one UAE business day. ANYRFQ reserves the right to refuse registration or revoke verification at its discretion.

3. RFQ posting & quotation

Verified companies may post Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and submit quotations subject to the following conditions:

• RFQs must describe genuine procurement requirements with sufficient specification for suppliers to quote
• Buyers are not obligated to award any RFQ they post
• A company may not submit quotations on its own posted RFQs (whether directly or via affiliated entities)
• Quotations must be submitted in good faith with reasonable price and delivery accuracy
• Awarded contracts create binding commercial obligations directly between buyer and supplier — ANYRFQ is not party to the transaction
• Buyers and suppliers must comply with all applicable UAE laws governing the procurement category

4. User roles & permissions

Each registered company may have multiple users with different roles configured by the Company Administrator. Roles include but are not limited to: Administrator, Procurement Officer, Manager, and Quotation Handler.

The Company Administrator is responsible for ensuring all sub-users:

• Comply with these Terms
• Use the Platform in line with the company's procurement policies
• Have role permissions appropriate to their function
• Are removed promptly when they leave the company

The company is liable for all activity carried out by its users on the Platform.

5. Fees & subscriptions

ANYRFQ operates on a subscription model with the following terms:

• All fees are quoted and charged in UAE Dirhams (AED)
• Applicable UAE VAT is added at checkout
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by UAE consumer protection laws
• Plan upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated against the current billing cycle
• Plan downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle
• Cancellation is available at any time from the company dashboard — access continues until the end of the paid period
• RFQ posting is metered per your plan; usage exceeding the monthly cap requires an upgrade

Suppliers do not pay any fee to submit quotations. There are no per-quote commissions on the Platform.

6. Prohibited conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Posting false, fraudulent, or misleading RFQs or quotations
• Conducting transactions off-platform to circumvent fees after a match has been made on ANYRFQ
• Sharing account credentials with unauthorised parties or selling Platform access
• Automated data extraction, scraping, or API abuse without prior written consent
• Creating duplicate accounts, fake companies, or impersonating other businesses
• Any activity that violates applicable UAE law or disrupts Platform operations for other users

ANYRFQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation, with or without notice depending on severity, and to refer serious cases to UAE authorities.

7. Intellectual property

The ANYRFQ brand, platform design, software, source code, and associated intellectual property are owned by ANYRFQ FZ-LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.

Users retain ownership of the content they post (RFQs, quotations, attachments) but grant ANYRFQ a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, store, and process that content for the purpose of operating the Platform and providing the service to all users.

8. Data & privacy

By using the Platform, you consent to data collection and processing as described in our Privacy Policy. The following visibility rules apply:

• Open-market RFQs are visible to all registered verified companies in matching categories
• Private RFQs are visible only to suppliers explicitly invited by the buyer
• Quotations are visible only to the buyer who posted the RFQ and the supplier who submitted them
• ANYRFQ does not sell personal data to third parties
• Data is retained in accordance with UAE legal requirements (minimum five years for tax and financial records)

9. Limitation of liability

ANYRFQ acts solely as a marketplace facilitator and is not a party to any transaction between buyers and suppliers. ANYRFQ is not liable for the quality, fitness, delivery, payment, or any other commercial aspect of goods or services procured through the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, ANYRFQ's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms is limited to the fees paid by the affected company in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
