Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the AnyRFQ platform at anyrfq.com ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users including company administrators, procurement officers, managers, and quotation handlers. AnyRFQ reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Registration and verification

To access the Platform's full features, your company must complete registration and provide a valid UAE Trade License. By submitting your registration, you confirm that all information is accurate and complete, and that you are authorised to represent the company.

3. RFQ posting and quotation

Companies may post RFQs and submit quotations subject to the following conditions: RFQs must describe genuine procurement requirements. Buyers are not obligated to award any RFQ. A company may not submit quotations on its own posted RFQs.

4. User roles and permissions

Each registered company may have multiple users with different roles configured by the Company Administrator. The Company Administrator is responsible for ensuring all sub-users comply with these Terms.

5. Fees and subscriptions

AnyRFQ operates on a subscription model. All fees are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and subject to applicable UAE VAT. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by UAE consumer protection laws.

6. Prohibited conduct

Posting false or fraudulent RFQs or quotations is strictly prohibited. Conducting transactions off-platform to circumvent fees, sharing account credentials with unauthorised parties, and automated data extraction are all prohibited uses.

7. Intellectual property

The AnyRFQ brand, platform design, software, and associated intellectual property are owned by AnyRFQ FZ-LLC. Users retain ownership of content they post but grant AnyRFQ a non-exclusive licence to display and process that content for platform operation purposes.

8. Data and privacy

By using the Platform, you consent to data collection and processing as described in our Privacy Policy. RFQs on the open market are visible to all registered verified companies. AnyRFQ does not sell personal data to third parties.

9. Limitation of liability

AnyRFQ acts solely as a marketplace facilitator and is not a party to any transaction between buyers and suppliers. AnyRFQ is not liable for the quality, delivery, payment, or any other aspect of goods or services procured through the Platform.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
